Inner Worlds Counseling is a small, intentional group practice offering depth-oriented therapy for adults navigating trauma, identity, relationships, and the patterns that keep them stuck.
Our therapists are IFS-informed and trained, and experientially grounded — meaning we go beyond insight and help you connect with your emotions. We work with your inner world with curiosity, not judgment.

At Inner Worlds Counseling, our therapists help you explore and care for your inner world. Instead of pushing difficult feelings or behaviors away, we get curious — where did these feelings come from, what are they protecting, and what do they actually need?
Our approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and attachment theory. These types of therapy are called "experiential" because they light up emotional networks linked to past experience and connect them to present-dayYou, essentially updating old adaptations of survival to present safety and compassion.
