Something in you has been asking for attention. Maybe you've felt it as a recurring pattern, a persistent emotion, a part of yourself that keeps showing up in ways you don't fully understand.

IFS Depth Sessions are a short-term, experiential offering for people who want to go inward — to map the inner world, meet the parts that have been working so hard, and begin to sense what they organize around. This isn't ongoing therapy. It's a focused, single session — or a series of sessions as your system calls for it — designed to take you somewhere real.

What this is

Mapping your inner world.

Watercolor nature image representing parts and inner landscape

These sessions are for exploration and mapping — getting to know the parts that protect you, understanding the patterns they create, and beginning to sense what they organize around.

Deep trauma processing isn't the focus. But genuine moments of shift — and sometimes unburdening — happen naturally when parts feel truly met and heard for the first time.

You don't need to know anything about IFS. Your system will show up exactly as it is. That's enough.

Who this is for

This might be for you if —

  • You're curious about IFS or parts work and want to experience it firsthand
  • You're between therapists and want focused support for something specific
  • You already have a therapist and want to go deeper between sessions
  • You keep noticing a pattern, feeling, or part of yourself you don't fully understand
  • You want to understand your inner world before committing to deeper trauma work
  • You're a therapist wanting to experience the model personally

Ongoing therapy is recommended but not required. This is a welcoming entry point for anyone curious about parts work, wherever they are in their healing journey.

What to expect

Simple, contained, and real.

The intake call

We start with a free 30-minute conversation — a chance to get oriented, ask questions, and make sure this feels like a good fit. No pressure to commit before we speak.

The session

90 minutes via telehealth, at a pace that respects your system. We follow wherever your parts want to lead — mapping, exploring, and meeting whatever shows up.

After the session

Some people come once and get exactly what they needed. Others continue as their system calls for it. There's no pressure either way — you decide what's right for you.

Going deeper

If something in your session feels ready to move further, a depth session is also a natural starting point for IFS & EMDR Trauma Reprocessing — when and if that's right for you.

IFS & EMDR Trauma Reprocessing

A depth session often reveals what's ready to move. If something in your system is calling for deeper trauma work — targeted, intensive, and paced to what you can integrate — the reprocessing intensive may be your next step.
