What Will We Do ?
Each session blends gentle structure with space for reflection, connection, and real-time practice. Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, we’ll explore how your early relationships shaped your attachment style—and how your inner parts continue to carry those patterns today.
Together, we will:
-
Learn about attachment styles and how they show up in everyday life
-
Identify protector parts and the roles they play in your relationships
-
Connect with vulnerable parts that carry longing, fear, or shame
-
Practice self-compassion and create more space for secure, internal connection
-
Share (at your comfort level) in a supportive group of fellow travelers
-
Use experiential exercises to foster insight, clarity, and emotional safety
This is not just a discussion group—it’s a space for real-time transformation and inner bonding. No prior experience with IFS is required, just a willingness to be curious.
