Depth Sessions
90-minutes | $225
A space to slow down, turn inward, and truly meet your parts.
These sessions are for mapping your inner world — getting to know the parts that protect you, understanding the patterns they create, and beginning to sense what they organize around. Deep processing isn’t the focus, though moments of genuine shift often happen naturally.
A depth session is also a natural starting point for those considering trauma reprocessing work.
IFS & EMDR Trauma Reprocessing
Starting at $675 | Includes three 90-minute sessions
A structured intensive for going toward what your system has been protecting.
These sessions are designed for intentional trauma reprocessing — using IFS and EMDR to work directly with protectors, process unresolved memories, and support real exile unburdening. We move at a pace your nervous system can integrate, with care for the protectors who have been keeping you safe.
Requires existing therapeutic support. Therapist referrals welcome.
